Upgrade of turbocompressor control system in the compressor plant of Petrokemija Kutina
The control system of Siemens 26MW, Nuovo Pignone 8MW and Jugoturbina 2 x 2.04 MW turbochargers was upgraded. The sope of upgrade was the replacement of existing obsolete control system with new modern solutions. Turbocompressor control was upgraded by installing a Siemens S7-400H PLC that is completely redundant.The management of the Siemens 26MW, Nuovo Pignone 8MW and Jugoturbina 2 x 2.04 MW turbochargers was reconstructed. The subject of management reconstruction was the replacement of existing obsolete regulators with new modern solutions. Turbocharger control is solved by installing a Siemens S7-400H PLC that is completely redundant.
Installation of vibromonitoring system of own production to 18MW turbo blower in Toplana Zenica
The first installation of the vibromonitoring system BVM8 own production was successfully completed. The system is in operation and protects the turbo blower from unpredictable events resulting in increased vibration of the turbocharger that can cause major damage. The system measures the relative shaft vibrations of the turbine and blower rotor, analyses the measured values and stores the data on the computer's hard disk.
